South American Cocktail Class

There’s a word in wine culture that you might have heard before, terroir. It refers to the way geographic factors such as land, soil, topography and climate impart flavours and other sensations to wine. This concept can be applied to all sorts of food and drinks and it’s not only the land that affects the product but also the identities, history and culture of the places and people that produce them. That is called cultural terroir and is what brings us together for this event.

On arrival eveyone will recive a mini cocktail to kick the evening off. We will then be tasting three diffrent cocktails that showcase the following iconic South American spirits, mezcal, pisco and cachaca. Each spirit will be introduced with a bit of historical background, method of production and a cocktail made by the team at The Fox. Tapas will be provided and currated by our Colombian chef from Three Wolves.
